  • Will my order be shipped in multiple packages?
    If you place a large order, it is possible that it will be executed in several shipments.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?
    Your order should take 10-25 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on shipping and weather conditions.

  • Do I have to pay customs fees?
    We are confident that there will be no customs charges associated with your delivery. However, if so, we are not responsible for any custom charges or import duties. If such charges are necessary, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the balance.

  • What are my payment options?
    We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express, COD, Installment or Bank transfer

  • What are my delivery options?
    We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free

  • How secure is your site?
    KIDOMNI processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified, the strictest level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud

  • Can I modify my order?
    Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify your order. We usually ship items out within 3 business days, so cannot guarantee that changes will be made. It is your responsibility to make sure to verify with the correct items and shipping information.

  • Where is my order?
    You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped

  • How to track my parcel?
    You can track your package through the email we sent you. We also have a link to our order tracking page on our home page

  • When will I receive my package?
    Once your order is traceable, delivery will take between 10 and 25 business days. Depending on the customs restrictions of different countries, it may take longer (we wish it would not)

  • Can I return or exchange an item?
    Absolutely. We offer a 30-day refund period from the date we receive your package. Read our Return and Refund Policy page for more information. If you are not satisfied with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we can resolve your issue with the product.

  • What if I received a defective item?
    If you discover a defect, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your package) via "Contact Us" on our website.
